In the Press: Kimberly-Clark Loses Fed. Circ. Rehearing Bid In IP Row

The Federal Circuit on Thursday denied Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc.’s petition for an en banc rehearing of its decision tossing a lower court’s preliminary injunction against First Quality Baby Products LLC in Kimberly-Clark’s patent infringement suit over diaper products.

Partner Kenneth P. George from Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP was lead counsel on the appeal. Partners Ira E. Silfin, Charles R. Macedo and Senior Counsel Brian Comack appeared with him on the briefs successfully arguing against rehearing en banc. Michael V. Solomita, former Partner, also appeared on briefs.
