PTAB’s Use of Disretion to Deny Institution of a PTAB Proceeding
- Location: Vice Chief Judge William (Tim) Fink, Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO, will discuss the PTAB’s use of discretion to deny institution of a PTAB proceeding. This is a live lecture where the audience will be able to ask questions of the Vice Chief Judge, followed by a PTAB Committee's Holiday Party. All are welcome, but registration is required.
