On November 21, 2024, Partner Charles R. Macedo, along with Senior Counsel David Goldberg and Associate Thomas Hart filed a petition for rehearing en banc to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit addressing the important issue of what statute of limitations period applies under Washington State name and likeness law (“NIL”) law, and when does it begin to run.
