Thomas Hart is an associate who started working at Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein as a law clerk in May 2022. Thomas practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He assists in representing clients from global leaders in retail to University researchers on the cutting edge of science. 

Thomas’ experience touches all forms of IP. He has prepared and drafted patent applications, drafted inter partes review petitions, and has performed prior art analyses for a variety of clients. In Trademark litigation, Thomas has also drafted discovery motions and motions in limine. With respect to copyrights, Thomas has helped to prepare trademark applications for website, database, and software filings. Thomas frequently performs legal research across all areas of IP.
