Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP is seeking a Scientific Advisor to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist attorneys with technical matters related to patent prosecution, litigation, and opinion work. Responsibilities will also include conducting freedom-to-operate analyses and prior art searches to assess patent validity.
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities

Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience plus benefits.
