Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein Submits Amicus Brief on Behalf of eComp Consulting to Supreme Court in U.S. v. Arthrex
December 4, 2020ARE Law is proud to submit an amicus brief on behalf of eComp Consulting to the Supreme Court in U.S. v. Arthrex supporting the position that PTAB APJs are "inferior officers" of the United States and thus were properly appointed in accordance with the U.S. Constitution.
