Stuart Shapley's practice focuses on intellectual property, in particular patent and trademark matters.  Mr. Shapley joined the firm after two years at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison, working on litigation matters, in particular cases involving market fixing in connection with initial public offerings.

Mr. Shapley received his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he was on the editorial boards of both the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and the Virginia Environmental Law Journal, as well as an Editor of the Virginia Law Weekly.
