Richard Mandaro concentrates his practice in the area of litigation and handles every aspect of Intellectual Property Law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition. His technical background in Electrical Engineering supplements his extensive experience in handling large and complex litigation matters including Multi District Litigation cases.

In addition to litigation, Mr. Mandaro counsels technology-based companies and other enterprises in all aspects of intellectual property. He has extensive experience in resolution of matters through negotiation, mediation, ADR, and strategic licensing.
