Rebecca Eisenberg joined Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP as an associate in 2004. Ms. Eisenberg’s practice includes client counseling and litigation of intellectual property concerning a variety of technology including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, textile and paper products and technologies, telecommunication systems, and DVD technology.
Ms. Eisenberg provides client counseling on a variety of intellectual property matters including patent prosecution, patent clearance searches and the preparation of invalidity and noninfringement opinions concerning patents.
Ms. Eisenberg's patent litigation experience encompasses every aspect of preparing a case beginning with pre-suit investigation and continuing through appeals. Ms. Eisenberg's involvement includes managing discovery, preparing summary judgment briefs and discovery motions, and working with experts to prepare reports, and preparing witnesses for trial.
Ms. Eisenberg's undergraduate education instructed her in the chemical arts, which she continues to utilize in a variety of technology fields as a patent attorney. Ms. Eisenberg received her B.A., in Chemistry from Yeshiva University in 2001 and her J.D., from Fordham Law School in 2004.
Ms. Eisenberg is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the State Bars of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before the United District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey.
