Marc Jason has broad commercial litigation experience and focuses his practice on intellectual property disputes. He is involved in all aspects of dispute resolution, from pre-suit counseling and negotiation through trial and appeal. He has litigated trademark, copyright and patent cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in courts throughout the U.S. and is also experienced in matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board and in alternative dispute resolution, including having successfully arbitrated cases before the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Jason has represented clients in a broad range of industries such as apparel, toys, electronics, textiles and medical devices.
Prior to law school, Mr. Jason worked in Paris in the international finance department of a major French bank. He is fluent in French and has working knowledge of Russian. Mr. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors from Brown University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Georgetown University.
