Jeffrey C. Shieh joined Amster, Rothstein & Ebensten LLP in 2008 after more than 5 years as an associate at another intellectual property firm. Mr. Shieh concentrates his practice on patent prosecution and client counseling in the fields of biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products. He has extensive experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications, both in the United States and in foreign jurisdictions.

Mr. Shieh graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Biology and a minor in Chinese Studies. He received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law where he was a member of the Boston University International Law Journal.

Mr. Shieh is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
