Jessica Rasmussen concentrates her practice on all aspects of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition. Ms. Rasmussen began her career as a Summer Associate at Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP in 2008, and returned to the firm as an Associate in the Fall of 2009. Since that time, she has worked on a diverse range of intellectual property matters.

Prior to law school, Ms. Rasmussen worked as an environmental consultant and acoustical engineer in San Diego, California.
