Holly Pekowsky concentrates her practice on all aspects of trademark, unfair competition and copyright law. In addition to her involvement in litigations and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Ms. Pekowsky also counsels clients on various intellectual property matters, handles trademark searches and prosecution, and negotiates licensing agreements. Ms. Pekowsky has been involved in disputes concerning issues such as the family of marks doctrine, priority of use, keyword advertising, likelihood of confusion and secondary meaning surveys, and the sale of grey market and reconditioned products.
