Mr. Pinkus graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with focus on mechanical systems and product design, and received his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with concentrations in intellectual property and in litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Pinkus worked as an Aeronautical Engineer at Lockheed Martin where he designed aircraft structure, hydraulic and electrical systems, and stealth enhancing aircraft features.
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
