Mr. Halpern holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering, with focus on materials science, from Georgia Tech.
He is experienced in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a broad range of technologies, including semiconductor memory devices, liquid crystal and plasma displays, nanotechnology, and medical devices.
