His technical credentials include a PhD in Physics and more than fifteen years of research and development experience at a number of prominent research laboratories. As a result, he has hands-on, in-depth knowledge covering a wide range of technologies including electronics, optics, semiconductor processing, and materials science, which makes him particularly well suited to handle all aspects of high tech patent disputes.
Dr. Kasdan puts his background and unique perspective to use in the day to day handling of complex patent litigations, counseling clients in all aspects of patent-related problems and technology licensing, and providing opinions as to whether patents are valid or infringed. In addition, he oversees patent prosecution activities aimed at providing his clients with strong patent protection.
